Hello, my name is Irene and Holistic Medicine is my Jam. I am a Mexican/Canadian holistic medicine practitioner that has been involved in the healing arts for the past 20yrs. I started my journey as a western medical doctor in Mexico and immigrated to Canada to pursue Chinese medicine. Currently, I am a Registered TCM Practitioner in good standing with the CTCMA, a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor with the ACCT and a Holistic Birth Doula. I believe true healing comes from the integration of body-mind-spirit. My goal as a holistic medicine practitioner is to create a contained sacred space for you to dive deeply into yourself and find your inner powers of healing and transformation. It is my biggest desire and hope that through a holistic healing approach you will find betters way to relate to your body-mind-spirit and find relief from physical, emotional, mental and spiritual suffering while feeling supported and inspired to make powerful shifts that will bring more joy, peace, pleasure, health and love in to your life. I am fascinated by the human experience & the different states of consciousness that an individual can access for healing and transformation. After a psychedelic experience, integration is key for a long lasting beneficial effect. During our psychedelic integration therapy sessions I use different techniques to help you ground the messages and teachings you received into your daily life. Some of the techniques I use are: somatic therapy, jungian symbols and archetypes, active imagination and visualizations, transpersonal psychology, neuro & bio hacking, herbal medicine, supplements, food energetics, chi kung & meditation. remote sessions only."
