My approach is tailored to your needs. I bring compassion, creativity, and a sense of safety to therapy. I utilize art, music, Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Music Based-CBT, Trauma-Informed Yoga, and many other modalities to ensure that you gain a deeper understanding of your strengths and increase resilience.

I consider anti-oppression and cultural safety as an important aspect of any therapy and I offer services as an ally to the LGBTTQ+ community and am open to diverse cultural and spiritual backgrounds.
