About Statement:

​

I am a clinical counsellor registered with the Canadian Counselling & Psychotherapy Association. Psychedelic experiences can run the whole gamut: they can be anything from mystical, life-changing and empowering to, conversely, experiences that leave you feeling terrified and traumatized. Sometimes they’re confusing, disappointing, or seemingly unremarkable. Using music and expressive arts in a supportive setting, we can work to make sense of your experiences together so you can integrate the learning to be gained from them.
